Global Enterprise Booking Pilot
My Role UX/UI Designer
The Timeline 7 Weeks
The Outcome High-fidelity clickable prototype for a c-suite market demo
I was contracted to visualize a scalable 'Event & Space Management' feature for a global enterprise client. Over a tight 7-week timeline, I translated technical requirements into a fully interactive, high-fidelity prototype covering Event Discovery, Room Reservations, and an Admin Dashboard. The final deliverable, a specific 'happy path' pilot, was used to demonstrate ROI and secure executive buy-in for future development.

The Challenge
A global direct-selling organization needed to secure funding for a new "Events & Room Booking" feature. They required a tangible visualization of the product to present to stakeholders in less than two months.
My Contribution
ANALYZE DOCUMENTATION
I translated a complex Product Requirements Document (PRD) into wireframes, applied the corporate Design System, and built a fully interactive prototype for a c-suite marketing demo.

WIREFRAMING
I designed the end-to-end "Happy Path" experience for three distinct user types: Partners (Mobile), Guests (Web), and Admins (Web). I moved from wireframes to a fully clickable prototype in 30 days.

EXPAND EXISTING COMPONENTS
I leveraged the global design system as a foundation, thoughtfully introducing new component variations to accommodate new feature requirements.

Hierarchical Room Discovery: Users can drill down by amenities, region, and date find the perfect workspace.
Configurable Reservations: Dynamic inputs allow users to customize layouts and add amenities.
Digital Wallet & Ticket Management: A swipeable carousel featuring QR access, swift sharing options, and calendar integration.
